What we collect

• Address & coordinates you submit — used only to generate your report.
• Email address — used to deliver the PDF and (if you opt in) occasional product updates.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage analytics — anonymous page views via standard web analytics. We do not share this with third parties for advertising.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data, ever.
• We don't share property addresses with realtors, lenders, insurers, or marketers.
• We don't use your data to train AI models.

How long we keep it

Reports and the addresses they cover are retained for 90 days so you can re-download them. After that, they're permanently deleted. Email addresses on the unsubscribe-only list are retained until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Email hello@siteprior.com to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. We respond within 7 days.
